just incase the storm is in your neck of the woods and you by chance get your package today I thought we might do the wine glass candle shade!!

what is needed is a needle..I used a darning needle

I also so I don't bend the flat shade while punching holes in it with the needle have set it on a towel..

WINE GLASS LAMPSHADE

Note: not a lot of glue on the stickers, I'm not so sure I'd not next time put a dab of glue that dries clear on it by rubbing the glue with my finger before setting it on the lampshade

Photo 1: in your kit you should have a lampshade kit - done with watercolor paper
...my placement, put your snowflakes anywhere you like on the shade

Photo 2: along the bottom and top edge I made a design with my needle..
note that when piercing with the needle while the shade is on the towel I lightly pierce
the paper, when all piercing is done then I go back and push the needle through making
each hole larger

Photo 3: I like to see the flicker of the candle so what I did was here and there amongst the
snowflake I followed the snowflake design and pierced with the needle

Photo 4: In your kit is a thin piece of tape, I set it at the edge of one end of the lamp shade,
remove the tape cover and bring both edges together to form the shade
Now I found after awhile it let go..just not strong enough to hold together so a dab of
glue before you put them together would help

hard to see on the poto where I put the white tape and dap of glue but it's there

also want to say at this time that if when you attach the ends together if you inset the tape a little further in it will sit higher on your wine glass

you don't have to use paperclips, the tape I sent should be able to old it together..just press firmly but if you do have clothespins or paperclips, won't hurt!
