Ok, now that you know that these shots were taken on March 23 2011, you will see that the little reticulated Iris are real troopers when it snows. My earliest Narcissus also include Narcissus Division 1 Trumpet Small Talk which is charming little gem that seems to always bloom before the end of March. The Narcissus called February Gold has never bloomed before April 1, but it is an introduction from across the big pond by the de Graaff Bros of the Netherlands before 1923 so it is on European time.
