Growing a few new leaves, but many of the newer leaves, and even some older leaves, are turning light green to yellow to brown (not crispy).
Some leaves also have crispy brown patches. And finally, there are small crispy brown short stems in the center at the base.

What\'s happening?! I had it in a fairly sunny (not too sunny) spot inside! I let the top 2 inches dry out before watering thoroughly.
