(pix 1) Rudbeckias, most will bloom the whole season and many of the annual varieties will reseed, (pix 2,3 and 4) Centaurea montana all season and can reseed, (pix 5) Veronica spicata Sight Seeing (blue, 28", late spring to frost but needs deadheading).
