It is 12" tall now -- but that is fairly meaningless, since I have not clue how big it would grow if planted out. More growth is visible at the crown (see the 5th photo). The most distinctive feature is that the new leaves are a velvety texture, and gray-green in color (see the 4th photo). The older leaves are plain green.
