Beginner Gardening: need help with 3 new plants, 3 by lilmamaj81

Hey everyone.. I just recently purchased 3 little succulents and I have a few questions about them.

The first plant is a sedeveria blue giant. While googling the care of this plant, in the pictures I've seen, I've notice the leaves are more tightly compacted than mine and that they also have more leaves. He was like this when I bought him, I didn't realize that wasn't how he was supposed to look, will new leaves grow on this plant or will it always look like this?

The second plant is an Echeveria minima. I am wondering about what looks to me like little plants growing on the sides of it. Are those supposed to be propagated to start new plants or is that what this plant does and I should just leave it be?

The third and final plant I have questions about is a "graptoveria species", I'm not sure which species it is, I've posted him in the plant id section to hopefully figure it out. What I'm concerned about is the spots and that leaf that's broken in half. I have no idea what happened to him, he was like this when I bought him. Any idea what those spots are?? Also is it safe to remove that broken leaf? I don't know if another one would take its place, so I've been a little leary about messing with it and ending up with a bald spot there.
