He moved them out to a large wooded area miles from our house that is conservation land, but don't tell anyone. The deer and rabbits munch on too many as it is to allow the squirrels to add to our troubles. They were introduced to the island only in the late 70's by mistake and have started to be a problem. They hitched a ride over on the trucks bringing over firewood from NH and Vt. We are guilty of helping cause their arrival as we have a wood stove.
