I did use pin oak tree chips i got free from a customer\'s grinded trunk to mulch the entire bed. I also used 10-10-10 fertilizer from Walmart. I cut the curled leaves off earlier in the season. The curled leaves have come back on all 6 of the plants.
I have no clue whats wrong with them. Help please what to do!?
