Beginner Gardening: Jasmine suddenly dying , 3 by Kshaw921

Would the recent freeze here in GA affect them? I don\'t see any evidence of insects of holes or bugs/webbing under the leaves. I stopped watering them regularly once they grew a good root and with spring they have gotten adequate rain. Any suggestions on what they might need to save them?
