Beginner Gardening: Bacterial leaf spot ... MUST I remove affected leaves???, 2 by lamcarolyn

Regardless, I got rid of 2, but now, I'm trying to figure out if I need to get rid of the rest of them? (Please see remaining picture.) I'd really rather not -- the plant is already looking a little lopsided. :(

Notes: The plant sits near a window and gets plenty of sun each and every day. It's in a glass container, which I realize is a no-no, but there's a full 3 inches of gravel on the bottom of the container for drainage, and I can see that there is healthy and happy aggressive root growth.
