No, sally, it does not look like a tussock moth. The hair/fuzz is there--
but mine is ALL yellow--no markings at all.

I did post it on Bugs and insects ID Forum. Waiting to her back...

Here it is again--so you don't have to go back searching for it.
It has a "horn"--bit it is on the tail.
