Betty, did you ever get/or ask your doc for 'flexeril' .. awesome stuff for severe muscle spasms and pain .. when my back acts up it's almost sure fire to keep the pain at bay. BUT (always that BUT), you shouldn't drive when you take it. Can cause drowsiness.

Did my exercises, nothing over strenuous, thing is, if I slough off, when the physio comes this Tuesday, she'll catch it in a heartbeat !!

Gonna try to get outside without having to add too many layers of clothing .. dang wind is from the NORTH, never a good thing ..
Lorna wants to use her walking poles, I just want some 'outside time'.

Poor Hibiscus has proved to be hearty in the cold nights!! The DAYLilly pic says 2011 .. can't change the date on my dang camera !!! Techie I am NOT !!
