Garden Pests and Diseases: Orchid leaf thick and curling up, 2 by Glitterslug

I've checked for bugs but there's nothing. It has a new shoot that's just popped out (2nd pic) so it can't be dying...?

I water it weekly but havn't starting feeding it yet.
