Spicebush Swallowtails have a "gap" in the band of orange dots on the underside of the hindwing -- Eastern Black Swallowtails have a solid band of these orange spots. If you look closely you can see this in your pictures. Actually, here's a couple of pictures from my website to illustrate the point. The first one is an Eastern Black Swallowtail; the second a Spicebush Swallowtail.
