Would that be because of too much sun?

I already moved the pot back to where it only gets some AM sun. See if that helps....
I have sprayed it once or twice--as a preventative with a Pyrethrin kind of insect spray.
Still keeping it well watered......
How come it hasn't grown any? No new flower buds? No real new leaf growth? WHY?????

I hate to even go out there to do anything......I get drenched in just 15 minutes...
