The fruit is a guava. I do have a breadfruit tree but it is at my place in Belize. I am looking for a dwarf mango tree. I hope that there was no damage to the blossoms on your tree.
Is that a variegated Basil or a veriagated Chalice vine in your last picture?

Finally got done instaling all 6 of my $3 pot hangers, now holding Bromelads.
