The quilt I made for my mom with the 5 blue fabrics - I have a pre-backed piece of one of the same (midrange blue) materials that I will make into a pillowcase. I suppose I could make 2, with different backing. I\'ll see which material I have the most of when I\'m finished the quilt.
My iron died today - power, but no heat. I\'m going into Three Hills tomorrow, for church, and thought I\'d stop by The Bargain Shop to pick up a new one. Dianne says she thinks she has an old one that I can have. She\'s been known to burn silks & such and her old workhorse of an iron would do that so she bought a new one and stored the old one away.
In the meantime........... I have a tiny craft iron (no bigger than the palm of my hand. Does anyone know how to fill these with water? I see steam holes at the top of it, but no way that I can see to fill it. The white piece in the 3rd pic doesn\'t move so I\'m supposing it\'s part of the rest. Nothing else looks movable?!
