Ask-a-Dave's-Gardener: My purple bok choy has white spots, 2 by VanOrsdel

My inclination is to think it is some kind of fertilizer or mineral deficiency since I have a few of these in soil too and the soil crop does not have spots.

I will attach a photo of the fertilizer I use and also I use an anti fungal made of organic neem oil, organic oregano oil and a dash of organic dr bronner\'s hemp soap.

I am doing my best but I have only been gardening for 6 months and really am clueless.
