Might be better to get up early and finish the project..need to buy outdoor finish and I need to let it cure..as well, need to finish base I haven稚 cut yet, not sure if I値l paint it black screen or if I値l checkerboard it as well. I知 thinking of looking for a little dish that will attach to the base so that the birdies can eat before going into the house. I did find a nail that they use on the shoes for horses said in the cupboards so rather than put a dowel for the bird to land I知 going to use the metal nail, just the right size but that is after I paint a birdie on it

Will make it easier for painting the bird if the purchaser on it yet
