Insect and Spider Identification: Small Pest Found Inside House, 2 by hitoall

These little guys are all on my floor near our doors to the outside, and I believe just appeared yesterday. I can\'t find them outside though (well at least this morning). We have a orange and pomegranate tree very close to the house if this helps at all.

I have a little 9 month old who is crawling and don\'t want him to be exposed to these guys not knowing what they are.
