I now find a couple of these in the flat most days, most commonly, like this one, in the dog food bowl though disturbingly quite commonly in bedroom.

They can appear at any time. I have been catching and removing them (I\'m not a fan of killing unless unavoidable) but there always seems to be more!

Any ideas what they are, if they are farm full (humans or dogs) and how you get rid?
