Insect and Spider Identification: CLOSED: Help to identify this bug/spider, 2 by SherryHull

A person from the local garden store thought they were a form of spider but was not sure. They are about 3 mm in size and when touched, they jump about a foot away. Most have the white fluffy stuff coming from their bottom.
