Because the number shown for my watched forums has been wrong for a long time, I clicked on the link that says \"Watching\" on top of my watched forums (see first screenshot).

It took me to a Preferences page that is supposed to list all the forums to which you can add a checkmark to choose the ones you want to watch. That page is totally messed up as you can see from my second screenshot. There are only a few forums listed and there is no place to put a checkmark.
