Out to the left-hand side, you can click on the Post# link to quote a post, copy a link to a specific post, and "edit" next to your own posts.

In the new format, those links are now found within each post. (See the second screenshot below.) In addition, there is a flag icon. You can use this to flag posts that otherwise violate our Terms of Use, such as spammy posts.
