Insect and Spider Identification: Is this a bed bug?, 2 by wierdel

Hi, I've recently purchased a new fake-leather sofa from a shady place and placed it in a balcony - Also, My other balcony near my bed-room is having a pigeon nest above it. I'm getting rid of the pigeons today by a professional. And I started seeing tiny bugs in my bed room. I saw they were coming from the balcony right near to a pigeon feces.

In this sofa which is located on the other balcony which is very close to the first balcony (same side, different rooms) I started seeing these small bugs - I will try to get a better picture of it
But i'm not sure if these are bed bugs or something else, maybe one of the experts here could help me out recognizing.
