There must be a thousand daffodil blooms out back, probably more... and that's after the kids came over again this afternoon and went home with armfuls.

I've tried to get landscape shots, but they just don't look like the reality of the beds in bloom... mostly I end up taking close-ups. Also, in closer shots you can't see all the "in progress" stuff LOL.

The pink-flowered Magnolia is 'Ann'... The double yellow daff is 'Apotheose', worth growing even if it tends to flop... who cares, just cut the blooms for boquets! My main perennial bed is bisected by a pathway. On one side, I've filled it with double daffodils, and on the other side I planted butterfly (split-corona) daffodils. The scent is amazing!
