I managed a limp-around the yard this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see some new blooms, and everything flourishing--including the weeds LOL! On the positive side, despite not being able to tend to anything not even the bindweed I found--ack!--I enjoyed just being in my garden and looking for the pleasure of looking--sort of like being forced to slow down. Tons of skippers, Cabbage Whites chasing each other, numerous bee species, crickets chirping-- everything humming along happily.

1) Sunflowers
2) Butterfly Weed & Phlox 'Laura'
3) A rebloom of my Foxglove
4) Wildflower patch
5) Hibiscus 'Plum Crazy' & marigold in background
