Both the green and the purple Oxalis leaves look like clover--which, I believe--
is also in the Oxalis family.

The purple Oxalis grows from tiny corms--about 1/2"-1" long. May be smaller--
as they do multiply. These are brownish orange in color. Did you see any of these
when you transplanted it? if yes--just push them back into the top of the soil.

The Oxalis usually goes dormant around this time of year--unless you keep it
watered and as a houseplant. It CAN be kept going as a houseplant.
Either way--it will survive indoors until spring.

In the winter indoors--water it sparingly. It will. probably, drop all of its leaves.
Not to worry!!! Those little corms will produce new leaves when the plant
is kept in good light and watered (indoors) OR--when it is put back outside
in the summer.

basically--what i am saying is that MAYBE your plant just, kind of, went dormant
after you re-planted it. In that case--it is NOT dying.
You may just see new leaves coming up in due time.

Is it this purple one? That is what i was talking about....
