Rockette, a cookie jar swap sounds like fun, only everybody knows I am a cookie monster. FOTV knows I cannot resist golden Oreos. Resistance is futile... I am currently about to post for a fall roundup. I will have to hold off on another swap as I fell behind on my trades this year owing to this and that. Perhaps not enough sleep?!

I am thankful to have gotten back to a little more of that as my doggie is much improved and sleeps thru the night.

About the fish... It is an Oscar that my BF brought home as a rescue from a client. It's a terribly long story, let's just say he'd lived in poor conditions his whole life. I finally got him into a 55 gal. tank which is supposed to be tminimum size for an Oscar. He had or developed a skin disease and treating him with antibiotics destroyed the water chemistry in the tank. I thought it s under control when Snoopy's kidney problems manifested. So I was spenidn more time on Snoopy and apparently not enough time on the fish. Now Snoopy is well and the fish is requiring massive water changes everyday twice a y to correct the water.chemistry. gee, it's discouraging, but I keep on trying. I sure hope the poor fish survives it. But I'm doing the very best that I can. Bleck.
