Beginner Gardening: New property, new challenges, new unknown plants, 0 by montanadolphin

I have a silver dollar eucalyptus tree that is growing right at the corner of our two story shed. We had heavy rain and horrible wind about a week ago, and it blew the tree over. Does anyone know what I can do to save it? Can it be replanted somewhere else with less wind exposure? I tried anchoring it back in place, but it still falls over. Here's a pic of what it did look like and what it looks like now.
