I probably got this from the Bird ID site here on DG. My most recent bird book shows Yellow-rumped and the AOU listing on their website shows Yellow-rumped. So, where are these changes that I have heard about written in stone? In other words, what body governs bird names and where can I find a current list? Thanks, Patti PS: A nice looking Red-tailed Hawk from yesterday. |
