For All - The good news is that we now have a new brood on the way, one new egg. The bad news is that I noticed that I have little black ants crawling all over the nestbox and inside the nest. Is there any way to treat this condition? Will it harm the little ones when they hatch? I don't want to spray the box to kill the ants with the female just beginning to lay her eggs.

Here is a photo of the new egg. I didn't see any ants in this shot.
