Insect and Spider Identification: Spider in the house, need help identifying, 0 by IDLisa

Am concerned, of course, whether it's poisonous (hobo, wolf, etc). The spider had a large rear section, it was quite ballooned out, perhaps a female with eggs looking for a good place to lay them? Thanks for the help!
