Thanks to you all for your comments on my squished down painting. :). It was one of my first ones, and the exercise was painting glass (the vase). I don't know why it turned sideways and squished. Here are two of the pups. The first one also has my son's dog, Donnie, on the right. Everything I do is copied from a photo I've taken. Hank says I should be a forger because I don't do anything I can't copy. The one of the 3 dogs is going to be a present for Mike. I am fully agreeing with you about the desert rose, Celeste and Marilyn.....it is just loaded with blooms right now. I had it in a pot the last few years, and I put it in the ground before we left last year. I just leave mine alone, Celeste. It hardly got any water most of the winter. You might be giving it too much love. :) Gotta go.....lots of prayers needed for many people today. |
