As my stress lessened and I took them one a day or when I felt a bad one coming. Mine lessened over a couple of yrs and I haven't had one of those real bad ones since 2006. They are generic for Orph/ASA/ Caf. I don't know the MGs it is not on the bottle. Please ask your doc. HUGS BEV
