I was reminded this morning that yes, indeed we do have four-legged critters here. We so rarely see them. I suspect a raccoon. Yesterday, we put a couple nails in the tree trunk to hang up a suet feeder and a PB lid. The suet was left alone, but I found the lid on the ground this morning. It was totally licked clean. OK, we'll bring that in at night. I am thinking of the -2F windchill we're going to have in a couple mornings. Not sure I want to go in that, but if for the birds.... Brrr....

We went to a park yesterday that has a bird blind and a lot of feeders. We do not have a lot of trees, so won't see Chickadees or Titmice. I had quite a time getting a picture of one of these. They are just so full of energy. See the feet of another bird on the pole? I didn't realize that until I cropped this picture.
