I *did trim off the very bottom of the carrots and celery but not the tops. Now set your turkey on top of your veggie rack. Do not cover or use any water. Cook on 325ºF until internal temp is 165. It will rise to 170 when you take it out. Tent it with foil and let it rest for at least 15 mins before slicing. |
