Barb OMG Look at all of that!! Norm certainly got a workout, hope this is a fluke and not the beginning of what's to come this winter. Judy so sorry nothing seems to be getting done unless you do it, other than the kids helping out. If he leaves that hole in the ceiling for that long your roof will cave in and then you're going to have a bigger mess. I would just schedule someone to come out and fix it and if he gets mad, too bad.

Well, we went out Saturday night and Dave fizzled by 11pm, very very unlike him, but oh well!!
