Ruby---
I just want to clarify whether you really mean "Purple Passion" plant--or it's kind of look-alike--
"Moses in a Cradle" (same color) that DOES grow in gardens.
You can dig up the roots of the "Moses" and keep them dry over winter.
Next summer--just plant the dead-looking mass of nothings and watch it come back!

The Purple Passion plant is more a houseplant type of a plant. Don't see it very often....
I don't think the PP would like to be planted in the ground as it likes to stay on the dry side.
All thiss rain we have had--it would be long dead....
It does love the sun though. The more sun--the more brilliant purple it gets....

Re my Coleus----
I think many of the ones i have are Sun Coleus. I know I have purchased Sun Coleus and
paid the $3 each for them. And I know that I took cuttings from every variety I had.
There are some that I have NO idea where they came from....Different colors yet!
I think these are the "frilly" ones I am talking about...

Re my "Wandering Jew"--I will have 18-4" pots rooted of these to share.
I can start more--as the ones I have in my combo planters are, forever, going to town.
All I do is save ONE 6" pot of these through the winter. As crappy as they look indoors--all I need
are the growing tips and I am set for another year....The biggest batch are growing at the base of my
Mandevilla Vine. I planted 2 little clumps--and look at it now! These are the ones I already pinched off of to root.

Jill---How does your Hawaiian Spider differ from the all green one?
I did notice some white on your babies on this one. Is that it?

I can also bring a few "Chrysanthemum Pacificum" starts.

I also need to dig up and divide a few batches of D-Lilies. Did many last year. These
never got dug. Different bed. Among these are the "Frans Halls" Lily and some kind of orange one (NOT ditch...)

And--in case no one checked my updates on Haves--I plan to dig up 2 lg. clumps of August Lily Hosta.
Ruby wanted some. My Manager, Donn wants some--and I need to keep a couple for myself.

OK! Thats all---writing too much as it is.....Gita
