Actually I have a med sized coin collection, (international), but my most valuable is my vintage gold watch collection I started about 10yrs ago, with the price of gold now over $1700/ ounce, - well, they would turn over a pretty penny..
The problem with me and collections is that I collect things that I like. So unless I was really desperate parting with them would be out of the question. I should have collected things I dont like, that way I could sell them and make a profit.

... but then that would ruin the fun for me. ☺

Early 1940's gold, including the hands & numerals.
( I have the papers with the exact year, but I'm too lazy to find them now.. lol!)
