You have to read the sign above the pretend chicken coop, inside the coop you can't see but their is a female chicken, the roof is hens and chickens, and a wire chicken on top acting as a sign for the chicken dance hall. The owner found the chicken that is laying down and thought the chicken looked drunk, that is how this all started.
