Well, the rain was a "thought" today. I got all excited....and it went right past us. It's pretty bad here, there are alot of fires, and at this point I am trying to keep some things just alive. BUT, Mother Nature can give you hope, my Blue Sky vine has buds ! Holy Cow was I surprised to see them, as I have not set the sprinkler any where near it in several weeks. On the other hand, the wind that came with the "No Rain" storm, knocked down my Plumeria today and it broke off several pieces. So, I will root them and these are going in the ground with my Ginger's that have not bloomed. I'll be darned if I'm sticking them in a pot to drag in and out this winter. Two's enough, they will make it or not.
I got a good deal on a Queen Anthruim , I made a little basket for it, and at least I can keep a good eye on it. It's hanging near the Crocodile Fern, which I LOVE LOVE...it is sooo cool.
