Receiving plants from DG friends brings to mind wonderful memories from the '50s and '60s when my mother, grandmother, aunts, friends and neighbors all shared flower plants because that was about the only way they were available even if they could have afforded to purchase them. The Texas Gardening group recreates a sense of community that is so often missing in modern neighborhoods these days. Thanks to all of you.
