I grow my plumerias in pots that are put out on my deck in full sun after last frost in the Spring, and brought in before our 1st frost in the Fall. They do well in pots here in 7b. Another source for cuttings that I've used in years past is Stokes Tropicals. Here's Jeannie Moragne that was planted as a cutting in 4/08 and finally bloomed in 8/10.
