My cat has little ones all over. I made Betty's bread pudding last evening. Decided to halve the recipe but forgot when I added the sugar and spices! Thought it would be unbearably sweet but not too bad. Would have liked some whipped cream or ice cream to go with. If I get out today will stop and get some to add with what is left. Supposed to have gone into a deep deep freeze last night- my outdoor therm. says -25 at the moment .But warming up by mid day- do want to get out although I dont really need to! I thought we could use another reminder that spring will come! Taken a few years ago this is a Hepatica - the first perennial ( not counting bulbs) to bloom in my garden. Have been watching the ladies curling all week- nice to see all these young women in the sport. |
