I don't know if anyone else lives where they have Barred Owls around, but ours have been very active the in the very early mornings the past few days. A lot of the "monkey, Amazon Jungle" calls. Which indicates mating time or seeking out mates. They scared our new dog so bad he came right back in without going potty!! LOL
