Thanks, Patti! We have been in touch with our caretaker about hiring someone to remove the snow from the flat roofs. He has decided to take care of it himself. Is there a going rate to do this? We've never had it done in NH before. If I know him, he will not bill us, but will let us decide what to pay him. I haven't a clue! That's why I wanted him to hire someone who does this routinely.

Robin - are you feeling better yet? It is beginning to sound like the temps there "may" be beginning to normalize a teeny bit????
