Anyway, even though they had a $59.95 delivery charge with a mail in rebate, the store is less than 2 miles from us so my husband is taking his utility trailer up and picking them up. He's in the laundry room right now removing the old washer and dryer and a shelf above them to make room for the new set. I will be testing them out tonight with a load of laundry!

Back to plants! I don't guess this is considered a tropical but I think the blooms are pretty! The Scarlet Maple tree in the front yard is in full bloom right now:
