I went to the upper pond yesterday and tried to get a shot of the 60+ Ring-necks, but they took flight immediately and even though I was using 1/1000 shutter speed, all I got was a couple of blurred shots. I'll try again today with 1/2000 speed.

A few landed on another pond. I took this shot from across the pond, they just won't let you approach. Some Canadas, Ring-necks and a Mallard.
