and the tree is definately a mimosa

and they ar both in the Mimosaceae family. can you get a close up of the leaves? like I said earlier the honey locust has a pod that twists and the mimosa's pods are straight ish. kind of like a big sweet pea pod. the seeds are very prolific and its listed on some states noxious weeds list.

here is a pic of the decompressed granit leveled ...well um ...somewhat leveled. ok its the best I could do with my limited funds. more to follow
